That is why we DO NOT USE ANY solid or liquid fills or implants, for example. Just recently (10/2015) it was proven at the annual congress of the German Society for Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (DGPRÄC) that:
- liquid fills (silicone, paraffin, etc.) can lead to gruesome disfigurations
- the use of artificial tissue matrices (such as Alloderm) for penis enlargements is prohibited, even by the manufacturer
- solid implants (silicone, Elist, matrix, etc.) can cause severe injuries and capsular fibrosis with drastic shrinking of the penis and serious infections
- We warn in particular against the use of what are known as ‘Elist’ silicone implants.
In his presentation at the 20th annual congress of the German Society for Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (DGPRÄC) mentioned above, Professor Dr. med. Gottfried Lemperle of the University of California in San Diego, California, USA, reported on his extensive experience with the subsequent correction of silicone implants for penis enlargement implanted by California’s Dr Elist. Professor Lemperle reported on serious infections that led to a permanent significant shortening of the penis as well as penises visually maimed through the use of the implanted silicone implant.
We continue to warn against the use of matrix tubes that are sometimes offered by some clinics in Europe, purportedly as a new procedure with equivalent penis thickening. According to our latest information, the tubes originating from Korea are not permitted for use in Europe and their use has stopped in Germany following the malpractice lawsuits due to seriously disfigured penises that were already occurring in 2009.

Thankfully word has gotten around that the cheap ancient techniques for penis enlargement that are primarily still offered in Eastern European countries, Turkey, or on German price-comparison sites have nothing to do with modern and low-risk penis enlargement.

Frequently asked questions
Is a penis enlargement sensible?
As we already knew from our experience over the last 15 years and you the patient have surely already suspected, the answer is ‘yes’. As the news agencies AFP and N-TV reported on 8 April 2013, after the topic of penis size had been a taboo subject for the scientific community for a long time, a serious, scientific study of this issue was finally conducted at the University of Ottawa, Canada. There was an unambiguous and very clear result: Women find men with a larger penis significantly more attractive.
Enlarging a penis of a size that is below average is therefore sensible and has a significant effect on the patient concerned. The clearness of the result of the study of the University of Ottawa even suggests that it is sensible to enlarge an average sized penis. That even surprised us.
Our experience over the last 15 years also clearly shows that the vast majority of patients gain an increased sense of self-worth through penis enlargement. It causes them to have more success in their relationship, during sexual intercourse, in their social life and in their profession.
The fact is:
- Men with a small penis are more likely to have inferiority complexes than men with a large penis.
- A larger penis excites the female eye significantly more and stimulates the vagina during sexual intercourse significantly more intensively due to its particular anatomy.
- According to current social aesthetic perceptions, a naked man who is 1.90 m tall with a flaccid penis that is 12 cm long looks better than a man with one that is 8 cm long or, in other words, an erection that is 17 cm long looks better than one that is 13 cm long.
Are our patients satisfied with our work?
It would not be possible for us to perform more than 7,000 penis enlargement operations over the years if the vast majority of our patients were not satisfied with the results.Naturally now and then there are patients with very small penises who do not achieve the precise result that they had desired but we inform them of this in precise detail in advance. We perform excellent work on a daily basis but we can only stretch the laws of nature so far.
Is there an extensive medical consultation before the operation?
Our doctors will explain the penis enhancement surgery and the individual options and risks to you in an extensive consultation. They will answer your questions conscientiously and advise you objectively. There will be ample time to answer all of your questions.The consultation is always held with the responsible surgeon who will then also personally perform the penis enlargement surgery. We do not have any operations performed by medical assistants.If you do not wish to have a consultation for any reason at all, this is also legally possible.
No one will be pressured or persuaded to have an operation. Sometimes we also turn patients away.
What risks are there?
Germany is the world leader in penis enlargement surgery and WE have been the leading centre in it for over ten years.
Patients from all over the world come to us, even those travelling a very long distance from places such as Australia. They come to us because we offer a safe operation with very good results and the word has gotten around the world about that.Unfortunately there is now a whole series of inexperienced and sometimes untrustworthy doctors (some even call themselves ‘experts’) and clinics in Germany that would also like to make money in this field. They attempt to take advantage of the fact that some patients believe that anyone performing a penis enlargement in Germany would perform good work at low risk, no matter who it is. This is not the case! A penis enlargement operation can involve significant risks if it is performed according to an old surgical technique, by individuals with little experience and personal qualifications, or using cheap materials. It is therefore very important and right that there are reports in the press and on the Internet from time to time warning of the risks of a penis enlargement operation. We can only support this, as it serves to protect patients.As a patient, it is particularly important to understand that there are great differences in the risks and results between the surgeons performing this operation throughout the world and naturally not every doctor is automatically in the position to perform a penis enlargement operation with good results. Even a chief surgeon in a large clinic or a doctor from a famous clinic cannot necessarily perform a penis enlargement operation. Titles and names do not help to provide quality assurance in this area.Again and again, patients unfortunately fall for cheap offers on price-comparison sites or in clinic advertisements and actually believe that these places perform the same high-quality work that we do. How is that supposed to work?
There are no cheap deals for high-quality results and low risk in medicine!Penis enlargement surgery is a medical treatment like many others. And just as there are a few experienced clinics that perform intervertebral disc surgery with low risk and excellent results, there are also clinics that do a catastrophically poor job with intervertebral disc surgery.
The same is true for penis enlargements.So you don’t need to have any fear about penis enlargement surgery but you must absolutely make sure to contact a trustworthy surgeon with many years of experience. Such as us, for example. Are there other methods for penis enlargement with the same results?
At this point we could present extensive scientific articles and court decisions against untrustworthy racketeers on the Internet but we trust in your common sense. There are two fundamental truths:
- If there were a method with the same results then it would not make sense for us to continue to offer penis enlargement surgery.
- Ever since there have been men in this world (since approximately 600,000 years ago), penis size seems to have played a role. If there were a simple method for penis enlargement with the same results then it would already have been invented a long time ago and we would no longer be discussing the topic of ‘small penises’ now in the year 2016 AD, as there would not be any small penises anymore. Yet there are many in every country and in every culture in the world.

Surgical technique for lengthening
See the ‘Detailed information‘ section in the menu on the left for details.
Our surgical technique makes use of a geometric trick with the optimal utilisation of the available options. This repositions more of the internal part of the penile organ externally. The visible part of the penis becomes longer, both when flaccid and erect.
In doing so, our surgical technique avoids contact with the penis root, the area in which the urethra, vessels and nerves enter into the penis and leaves these unchanged.
No incisions are made into the penis itself.
Our extensive experience enables us to work leaving only a very small scar. It is approximately the width of a finger and is located in the pubic hair region. There is therefore no scar on the penis itself.
Our technique is thereby the combination of the best possible results, the greatest possible safety and a high degree of discretion.
Surgical technique for thickening

The special feature of our skills and success thanks to extensive experience lies in this area in particular.
The technique performed by us is literally designated as the ‘gold standard’ for penis thickening in German medical literature (Krupp/Rennekampff, Plastische Chirurgie).
In contrast to the injection of fat tissue that will then dissipate again, a technique used by inexperienced surgeons lacking knowledge and experience, we perform a technique known as autologous fat tissue transfer. Thanks to our experience this procedure is very gentle with outstanding and permanent results.
Due to the high risk involved with poor results, we do not perform the following techniques, not even upon request:
- Thickening by means of skin grafts (original or artificial)
- Thickening by means of a matrix (‘tubes’)
- Thickening using silicone or paraffin
(We do not accept any patients for corrective surgery who have had these techniques performed on them somewhere else either.)

Anaesthesia
We perform our modern penis enlargement using local anaesthesia and with the patient in twilight sleep. This form of narcosis is very gentle and the patients do not feel the operation being performed. They ‘sleep’ through it, so to say, and then recover very quickly afterwards.
It is understandable from a psychological viewpoint if some patients are somewhat uneasy about the idea of narcosis.
These fears are mostly related to the fear of something negative occurring medically during the anaesthetisation on the one hand and the fear of not being able to notice and control what is happening on the other hand.
We can put your mind at ease. You do not need to have any fear of any aspect of narcosis.
We will take care of you. We will ensure the greatest possible safety, attentive procedures and the highest degree of discretion.
Personal care, monitoring and pain therapy by experienced anaesthesia specialists (even in cases of light narcosis in twilight sleep) as well as the use of the most advanced and tolerable anaesthetics are standard for us and are not exceptions requiring an additional surcharge.
In addition to this, please consider that the treatment by our doctors involves completely private special services within the framework of private medical treatment. There are therefore not the mass operations of a surgical ward of a public hospital with the danger of poor care, constantly changing staff or careless mistakes.
Data privacy
The trained, experienced and conscientious surgical staff ensures that our patients are doing well at all times and that no personal details about the patient leave the operating room. Discretion is the prime imperative.
We also apply our high standards and strict requirements to all employees so that you will experience your intimate surgical procedure as comfortably as possible in dignity and in the knowledge that there will be full discretion.
At no time will your personal information be given to third parties for advertising purposes. There will not be any automatic notification of your personal physician or urologist either.

Every single patient will be treated medically and personally as an equal individual with respect, courtesy and the full use of our skills. It is logical that our doctors, employees and material suppliers, some of which have had a super-specialisation in the operations we offer for more than 25 years, are familiar with the precise costs and can state the prices very accurately.
It therefore seems ridiculous and untrustworthy to us when some other doctors or clinics claim on the Internet or in publications that they commonly perform their surgeries but are then unable to specify the prices on their homepage and claim that they would differ significantly for individuals receiving the same service or when they only specify part of the price in order to appear inexpensive.
Anyone who frequently performs an operation will know exactly what it costs!
The combination of penis lengthening and thickening including all additional expenses costs approximately 10,800 EUR.
Naturally the treatment costs specified above are all-inclusive prices. You can rest assured that you will not be charged with any additional costs.
